Secret Santa Drawing Tags (unfolded and folded):
To download the free printable for the card, click here.
To download the free printable for the belly band, click here.
All you need to do is download and open the files (they are in PDF format).
Fill in the amount you want to use as your minimum. You can leave the Secret Santa name blank or fill it out yourself.
Print out as many copies as you would need onto white cardstock. You can use regular printer paper if you don't have cardstock on hand. Cardstock will definitely be more sturdy and last longer. The cards are designed so that it's convenient for the Santa to keep the list in their wallets for quick reference.
Trim the cards down using the green borders as a guide.
Trim the belly bands so you don't see the white trim.
Fold the cards so that the bottom section of the card that says "Your Secret Santa is..." is on top like in the picture below.
Wrap the belly band around the folded cards and tape to secure and you are done!
Just make sure the person entering the drawing writes their names within the red lines of the card so that their name would be covered with the band.

Thank you so much!! Awesome idea! Love it!
ReplyDeleteI must be dense this morning.. These are confusing me for some reason. So, I have printed them out, with the people's names on them... now, do I give the card with Karen's name on it, to Karen, for her to fill out and then I redistribute them to everyone?
ReplyDeleteYes! Karen fills out her wishlist inside and then gives it back to you. Put everyone's completed wishes in a hat (I've used a Santa hat and stocking) and have a person draw a name. The belly band is designed so no one can peek at the name as you draw a card out. The person can descretely pull down the band to see whose name they drew. I hope that makes sense!
DeleteDo you have a non-pdf version of these? They are gorgeous but I need the amount to say £ maximum. My form group will love these (I'm a teacher) thanks :)
ReplyDeleteIs there a way to get it where I can fill in the 5 or more things. I already have the girls information and have 26 to do and would really hate to have to hand write everything.
ReplyDeleteThe person drawing the card would be the secret santa, not the person filling it out, so I'm confused by it saying your secret santa is ... Maybe I haven't had enough coffee yet.. hehe I love this idea, though.. Thank you SO much!!
ReplyDeleteThis is exactly what I thought. I was thinking to change to wording to, You're Secret Santa for... instead.
DeleteGreat! Nice blog ,Its really amazing Post. your pictures explain your thoughts. Thanks for sharing useful information of kids clothes online malaysia.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your templates!!! These are awesome. I can't wait to use them.
ReplyDeleteLove it!! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThis is very cute, thank you for your idea! I did however change the wording so that the person receiving the card after it is filled out knows they are the Secret Santa for that specific person. The ones I wrote say "You're Secret Santa for..." and then the next line is the person filling out the information. Once again Thank you!!
ReplyDeleteHey, Firstly thanks for such a great print out! Could some one tell me what the font is called for this print out?
